UCAP AIRSOFT is strictly for people aged 18 and above (photographic identification may be requested). Children may attend only when with a parent or guardian.

By booking you agree to abide by the site rules and the directions of the staff and marshals.

Please pay particular notice to the following as refunds will NOT be offered if you fail to bring the correct kit.

Ticket Delivery & Use

When you purchase your ticket you will be sent a confirmation email which contains your QR ticket. Please ensure you retain this email (printed or electronically) and present this for scanning for admission to the event. Please note that admission will not be granted without presentation of a valid QR ticket.

Your Commitment 

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between yourself and Crackingday Limited.

 Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes.

 Medical Conditions

Access may be denied if you appear under the influence or alcohol or drugs.

We welcome guests of all abilities however some areas, due to the nature of the sites, are not suitable for wheelchair users. Please ask before booking your tickets as refunds cannot be made. If you suffer from a heart condition, asthma or are pregnant UCAP AIRSOFT may not be for you but this is at your discretion.

 Cancellations & Alterations

Once the booking has been confirmed it cannot be amended. Your ticket is only valid for the date booked. If you are unsure if you will be able to attend wait, you can buy tickets, subject to availability, right up until gates closing.

Tickets are strictly non-refundable and refunds will not be issued for no shows. If, once you have made your booking be unable to attend the event you may, if you wish, sell/gift your ticket to another player.
