UCAP AIRSOFT is strictly for people aged 18 and above (Photographic Identification may be requested) Children can attend only when with a parent or guardian.

By booking you agree to abide by the site rules and the directions of the staff and marshals.

Please pay particular notice to the following as refunds will NOT be offered if you fail to bring the correct kit.

  • NO MAGAZINES OVER 600 ROUND CAPACITY

 

Tickets bought online are strictly non-refundable.

Access may be denied if you appear under the influence or alcohol or drugs.

Ticket Delivery And Use

When you buy tickets online you will be sent an email with a booking reference, which you will need to print off or produce it on a smart phone or tablet in order to gain entry.

Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Crackingday Ltd and yourself.

Prices

Prices are inclusive of any applicable taxes and there are no surcharges whatsoever. Once you have paid, we will not increase the price of your tickets. 

Medical and other conditions

We welcome guests of all abilities however some areas, due to the nature of the prison, are not suitable for wheelchair users. Please ask before booking your tickets as refunds cannot be made. If you suffer from a heart condition, asthma or are pregnant UCAP AIRSOFT may not be for you but this is at your discretion.

Cancellations & Alterations

Once the reservation has been paid for, it cannot be amended. Your ticket is only valid for the date you have selected. If you are unsure if you will be able to attend wait,  you can buy available tickets right up to gates closing (09.45)

We are unable to change the date or the number of tickets purchased. Much the same as refunds on cinema or concert tickets etc.

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations or no shows. We regret that under no circumstances will changes or refunds be made on the day of the visit.
